A new name for an insight is not new knowledge. A reformulation earns its place only when it changes a decision, a boundary, or an action; otherwise it is the same understanding wearing different words.
The Teaching
When you keep finding fresh language for the same difficulty, notice what the new words ask you to do. If the answer is nothing new, you have renamed the problem, not understood it. Real understanding shows up as a different choice: a person you finally ask, a boundary you finally set, a small act you finally take. Until the new words change one of those, hold them lightly and test the old ones first.
