Finish the practice before you decide what it proves. If the result is gentle and low-stakes, write it down and let time test it. If it makes you more certain, more special, more ashamed, more detached, or less reachable, do not make yourself the only judge. Let a trusted person, a qualified guide, a clinician already in your care, an ordinary duty, or your conduct over time answer before the insight becomes a verdict.

Solo Versus Witnessed Check Trial
Screened stable solo practitioners using a witnessed or conduct-based check after strong insights should show less private verdict language and more concrete repair, contact, rest, or duty than those using a solo note-only check. If shame, dependence, unsafe disclosure, or rumination rises, the practice weakens.

Mature Solitude Exemption Probe
