When you are tired and needed, love can sound certain. Before you add sacrifice, let ordinary help speak first.

Rest may tell the truth. A direct question may tell the truth. A trusted person, a care plan, a boundary, or clinical support may tell the truth.

If the smaller help serves the person and keeps you honest, do not dress the moment in grand language. Love has not failed by becoming simpler. It has become easier to correct.
