Trusted people can correct only when they are already safe. Consequence over time can help isolated practitioners, but only when the signal is concrete enough to be externally checked, such as a duty completed, sleep restored, a repair accepted or rejected, or ordinary functioning improved. The warm inner feeling of having integrated is the weakest correction signal because it is the easiest for inflation, dissociation, or private certainty to capture.
