When a person borrows spiritual insight without stable guidance, the first correction should usually be outward rather than analytic: one reachable correcting relation, one ordinary duty, one primary-source constraint, or one act of care. A full safeguard inventory is an escalation, best used when the source path is system-bearing and the borrower has enough support to avoid turning the inventory into rumination, shame, or spiritual performance.
Why it may be new
Neither source idea fully contained this default rule. The proponent supplied safeguard-transfer, the challenger supplied search-refusal and anti-audit pressure, but the dialogue created a competence-gated synthesis: inability to classify the path is itself evidence for relation before inventory.
Critique
The synthesis may become too cautious and underuse explicit safeguard mapping where it would prevent harm.
